Our mindfulness camps are designed to cultivate self-awareness, enhancing imagination and empathy, while fostering the joy of movement. Yoga and mindfulness teaches children self-regulation, while navigating control of their body and mind, using their breath as an anchor. In addition to improving fitness, health, strength and flexibility – our goal is to help children and youth combat the increasing levels of aggression, stress, anxiety, and depression found in children today.
