Peter Weng

Peter Weng serves as Chief Executive Officer for Healthy Minds Innovation(HMI). He has been leading large organizations in technology companies and has taught and lectured on leadership, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness globally in governmental organizations, corporations, and NGOs. Prior to HMI, Peter was the Chief Business Officer at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. Peter also led global sales, marketing, and operations organizations for Google and Dell while living and working in the United States, United Kingdom, China, and Poland. He held management and engineering positions in industrial water treatment at Rohm and Haas and Argo Scientific. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University, and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
